See how knowledge of buildings creates value

Behind Reagora lie many years of practical experience with circular construction. Through Lendager’s projects we have developed methods for screening and mapping, created innovative solutions for material reuse, and translated circular principles into concrete building projects. The experience from these projects is a central part of the knowledge and expertise that Reagora offers today.

    Stævnepladsen in Silkeborg

Screening of the existing building with a focus on future uses and the potential for retention and reuse on site. The results formed the basis for the further development, with retention of the building and reuse as central priorities.

The consultancy covered the tender process and dialogue with bidders in order to keep the circular ambitions through the project’s further development. The project is ongoing.

    Hvidovre

Screening of existing buildings ahead of a political decision on demolition and/or transformation. Different scenarios were examined to identify the buildings’ condition, available resources, and the key risks and potentials for the development of the site.

The results provided a basis for comparing options and qualifying the further process.

    Gl. Gladsaxe School

Resource mapping ahead of demolition, with a view to identifying opportunities for reuse in the construction of a new daycare institution on the same site. Materials such as concrete, brick, timber and roofing were retained and reused, giving the new building a direct material connection to what stood there before.

The consultancy included resource mapping and the preparation of tender documents for the demolition contract with specific requirements for reuse. Completed in 2022.

The existing structure and architecture are the starting point for the new design, and the results of the resource mapping formed the basis for secondary materials also being given a longer life through circulation in the building.

The resource mapping was carried out in 2023. The project is ongoing.
