Who we are
Reagora ApS (“Reagora”, “we”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@reagora.com.
What we collect
The interest form asks for an email address and a building address or short project description. We also receive technical data that the browser sends with the request, such as IP address and user agent, as part of delivering the page and submitting the form.
Before a submission is sent, we check that the email address appears to exist. That check is used only to stop mistyped addresses from reaching us.
Why we collect it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, to judge which service is relevant, and to keep a record of the conversation that follows. We do not use the form as a newsletter signup, and we do not sell or rent the information to third parties.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you chose to send, and, where you are a potential client, taking steps prior to a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request and for a short period afterwards so we can pick up the thread if you write again. We delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless a longer period is required by law.
Who we share it with
The form is sent to Reagora by email. The message may pass through our email provider acting as a processor on our instructions. Before you submit, we may send the email address to a verification provider solely to check that it exists. We do not share form submissions with other organisations for their own marketing.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, erase it, or restrict how we use it, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To do that, write to hello@reagora.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.
