Services

For building owners and clients

From instant overview reports to specialised advice.

01

Overview

Instant delivery / Fixed price

Existing building information, structured.

Bring the relevant information about your building together in one place and get a quick overview. We gather public building data, satellite imagery, historic permits and BBR and municipal records into a single readable file. Every fact has a source; nothing is invented.

Use Overview when you need to understand a building quickly, before a project is started or a further investigation is commissioned. Add more buildings to compare data across the portfolio and see the potential in what is already standing.

This is included

  • Overview of BBR data and major renovations
  • Planning and legislative constraints
  • Preservation status
  • Energy performance
  • Embodied CO₂ based on building typology and year of construction
  • Assessment of potentially hazardous substances based on building typology and year of construction

02

Screening

2-3 weeks / Fixed price

On-site assessment of resources.

A screening combines a review of existing building information with an on-site assessment of resources and potential environmental risks.

One of our specialists visits the building to identify relevant materials, assess their potential for reuse and point out where hazardous substances may be present.

Screening is for building owners, municipalities and developers planning demolition, renovation or transformation. Commission it when the existing information is not enough and the building needs to be assessed on site, or when a resource and environmental screening is required under BEK 496/2024.

What is included

  • Review of available building information and documentation before the site visit.
  • Resource screening with identification of materials and their potential for reuse or recycling.
  • Environmental screening with identification of where hazardous substances may occur.
  • Physical assessment of the building and photographic documentation.
  • Recommendations for next steps.

03

Mapping

4-5 weeks / Contact us for an offer

Detailed documentation of materials.

A mapping is a detailed resource and environmental investigation carried out on site.

The building is surveyed room by room to document materials, quantities and environmental conditions. Physical samples are taken where necessary to identify hazardous substances.

Commission a mapping when materials and environmental conditions need to be documented in detail, including for demolition projects where mapping is required under BEK 496/2024.

What is included

  • Mapping of building materials and quantities.
  • Physical sampling and documentation of hazardous substances.
  • Classification of identified materials and waste fractions.
  • Reuse potential in materials that can be retained, reused or recycled.
  • Embodied CO₂ in the available resources.
  • Documentation structured for demolition planning, authority submission and contractor tendering.

Consultancy

Contact us for an initial conversation

Strategic advice for your circular building project.

We work from the information available from Reagora assessments, from your own project documentation, or from both, and help clarify how a circular building process should be developed. Building information combined with project-specific advice gives a clear basis for developing a circular strategy that reflects your ambitions and needs.

Project-specific advice can start at any stage and can be commissioned independently or as an extension of an Overview, a Screening or a Mapping. The scope is defined for each project.

Contact our consultants when circular construction needs to enter project strategy, design, procurement or execution.

What we can help with

  • Circular strategy that sets the project’s ambitions, priorities and concrete targets.
  • Recommendations for how existing resources can shape your project.
  • Planning for reuse of materials from an existing building or other sources.
  • Support for the project’s design team with knowledge of circular construction and material choices.
  • Support for specifying and procuring reused materials.
  • Advice on circular construction through design and execution.

The deliverables are defined together with the scope of the project.
